Note: The board would like to remind everyone to adhere to community rules regarding Trash. Please do not place trash bins in the common area. Large pick ups need to be scheduled with our trash service provider Bates Trucking. Some large pick up items can be picked up for free, please contact Bates Trucking at 301-773-2069.
